ADHD

Ok I am pretty sure I have ADHD or something of the sort. Every time I come to my computer to write a post about the crazy going on in my head, I get distracted and don't post anything. 
Tonight is the beginning of my 3rd week of training. We ran up a hill. Apparently there will be lots of hills on that route when we go for the longer distance runs. All I kept thinking is how nicely it will shape my booty ;)


So much has happened in the past 3 weeks. Some of it good, and some bad. In general I am still happy. I think a lot of that has to do with my new found enjoyment of running. I always said I was never a runner. I always swam. And here I am now proving myself wrong and loving it. Every Tuesday and Thursday on my drive home from training I crank up the music in my car and have a solo dance party. I never thought I would say that I actually love running. Now I wont say I could motivate myself to run the 5 miles (or more) I will be doing on Sunday if it wasn't for my group. Lets be real here, I am just not that person. But I find myself excited about getting together with these people that I don't talk to almost the entire time and run. 


Ahhh I had so much more to say but I will stop. I have shiny things distracting me again.


Oh and I am going on 2 weeks in a row of being at the top of the leader board for my biggest looser challenge at work :)

Officially 2012

Happy New Year!

Went with the family today to see New Years Eve at the theater. It wasnt great, that was to be expected. But I did enjoy looking at Zac Efron *swoon* 

I also met up with my friend Ashlie who is a personal trainer. She is going to help me get on track with my nutrition. Beginning Wednesday, I will be doing a boot camp 3 days a week. So my schedule will look like this:

Sunday: Fleet Feet Training PM
Monday: Boot camp AM
Tuesday: Fleet Feet Training PM
Wednesday: Boot camp AM
Thursday: Fleet Feet Training PM
Friday: Boot camp AM
Saturday: REST!

I am hoping this along with proper nutrition I will feel a lot better about myself, inside and out. Also, it may help me win my companys biggest looser challenge ;) $350 is at stake! I hear new summer wardrobe with that cash!! 

Thanks to my sister I will also be utilizing the new cookbook she got me for Christmas. 
Helloooooo delicious, healthy meals for both the boy AND I to enjoy together!!
